We are confident that our software will work for you and we will assist you in every way that we can.

If there is a technical deficiency in our program which directly effects your ability to meet a specific need, GetData will, at its discression, refund you the purchase price (excluding shipping/handling) within 30 days of purchase.

Before we can authorize a Refund...

You must work with our support staff to first try and resolve the problem.

There are millions of different configurations of computers on the market and we do our best to keep up with them. If you have problems running the software, the answer may be a simple e-mail or phone call away. Our professional and trained support staff have a great deal of knowledge and are happy to help out when you need it.

Please check the "Support" link on the product home page for answers to your problem and if you still need assistance submit a support ticket to us. Our support staff will answer your e-mail the same business day. You must provide your contact telephone number so that we can speak with you in person.

We DO NOT issue refund for the following reasons:

"I have decided it is not what I am looking for".

"I didn't really mean to purchase the software".

"I don't want the software anymore".

Should you request a refund, please provide detailed information about your situation. Emails such as:

"I want a refund", or

"Give me a refund".

"The software did not work".

will not suffice.

Return of Physical Product Prior to Refund

If a refund is authorized, you must return the product to GetData in its original packaging. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or insured Parcel Post for shipment. A refund will not be processed until the original items are received. You must include with the product a printout of your Refund Request Form.

Un-install Code

As part of the refund process you may be asked to provide us with an un-install code to show that our software has been removed from your computer. Detailed instructions will be provided in order to generate this code. A refund will not be given without it.

Return of Boxed Software Purchased from a Retail Store

Please return your purchase in its original packaging to the place of purchase. A refund will be subject to the return policy of the store in question.
